Software-Wydawnictwo is the unquestioned leader among the publishers of specialized IT magazines in Poland. Our company appeared on the market in January 1995 when we began publishing our first magazine Software monthly (still issued as Software 2.0). For years we have been working to enrich our offer with new products upgrading them and maintaining high quality level.

Software-Wydawnictwo is developing rapidly and publishes about 160 magazines all over Europe every year. SW has its branch in Czech Republic.
In June 2004 Software-Wydawnictwo entered West European publishing markets . Our most popular magazines are issued in five language versions (German, French, Spanish, Polish and Czech) and distributed in Germany, France, Luxembourg, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland as well as Portugal, Morocco, Mexico and Canada. SW’s plans include future expansion into new markets and introducing new magazines to the markets we had entered before.

Our strategy is to make the publications attractive and appealing to the readers who are our most important target group. This guarantees high sale rates and perfect opinions about the publications. Moreover, our publishing house cooperates with key IT companies on the market as well as software, hardware and service providers. The cooperation results in organising marketing campaigns, which are often special editions of our magazines, describing an interesting technology group or new products.

Our interest includes not only commercial products- many articles and even whole issues are devoted to open technologies related to Linux system or Open Source software.
Software-Wydawnictwo relays on highly competent employees (specialized editorial staff teams, International Department responsible for preparing foreign language versions, experienced Production and Distribution Departments, creative TDP Department, authors- high class specialists ), reliable editing procedures and special IT tools (such as highly efficient automatic AUPUS system). Maintaining both attractive content and reasonable price of the publications SW is able to enter and win the competition with other publishing houses all over the world.
